My stay at the hotel was a mix of cozy comfort and a bit of noise. The room had a lot of character that fit well with the Haworth vibe, but there were some issues like nail polish stains and missing wallpaper patches. There was an incident of loud music, drinking, and a drunken argument that was disruptive.
Rooms

The room was very comfy and had plenty of character, which added to the Haworth atmosphere. However, there were some maintenance issues like nail polish stains in the bath and missing wallpaper patches. It was a bit noisy due to disruptive behavior in nearby rooms.
Service

The service was a mix of friendliness and a slight rude incident. Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful, but there was an instance where a staff member made a comment that came across as rude in front of me.

The hotel's location was superb, right at the top of Haworth with easy access to the Parsonage, the moors, and other attractions. It was a prime spot near the Bronte Museum and provided a perfect base for exploring Haworth.
Dining

The dining experience had some ups and downs. The food was generally good, but there were delays and issues like lukewarm tea instead of hot water for tea making. It was a decent dining experience with room for improvement.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were adequate but not outstanding. There were some areas that could be improved to enhance the overall guest experience.
